Voice Relay
Why did Voice Relay miss or soften a phrase?
Voice Relay works best with one speaker, a short phrase, and low background noise. Slang,
place names, fast speech, and overlapping voices can lower accuracy. Repeat the line and
double-check the source language before relying on the result.
Text Relay
How do I use Text Relay with text copied from another app?
Copy the text first, open Galyn, move into Text Relay, and paste the phrase into the
input field. Text Relay is the better fit for signs, booking notes, and short messages
that do not need live audio.
Route Guide
How does Route Guide decide what to suggest?
Route Guide uses the prompt you type, any image you attach, and the place context you
provide. If a suggestion feels too broad, add the stop, timing, budget, or the kind of
place you want so the reply can stay closer to your trip.

Camera
Why does Galyn need camera access?
Camera access is used when you capture an image for Travel Cards, profile media, or a
Shared Stops post. Galyn does not capture photos in the background.
Photos
Why does Galyn need photo library access?
Photo access is used when you attach an existing image to a card or post, and when you
save a finished Travel Card back to your device.
Shared Stops
How do I report a post that should not stay in Shared Stops?
Email support@galyn.com with the post details
and username. Include why the content feels unsafe, abusive, or unauthorized.
Place tags
Why is my place tag missing from a post or card?
Place tags come from the location picker step. Reopen the edit flow, search the place again,
and confirm the selected result before publishing or saving the card.
Credits and purchases
Galyn Credits
How do I restore purchased Galyn Credits?
Galyn Credits are consumable, so used credits do not restore. If a purchase completed but
the balance did not update, reopen Galyn on the same Apple ID and let the purchase check finish.
If the balance is still wrong, contact support with the product code and receipt context.
Galyn Credits
What happens to unused Galyn Credits?
Unused credits remain on your balance until you spend them or until they expire under the
current terms. Purchased or granted credits expire 12 months after issue unless local law
requires a different outcome.
